Times Group Company looking for Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Business Intelligence (Sales Operations)
- Support Sales-Operations and Sales Leadership with day-to-day activities and send requisite reports, insights and suggestions as applicable. Using Business Intelligence.
- Elicits and documents business requirements to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends and insights that improve business performance.
- Provide research on customer targets (i.e. background, org chart, strategic goals, financial performance etc.,)
- Work closely with Band Team to propose recommended best practices with respect to market data and internal data both in terms of volume, velocity and enable create B2B collaterals/communication through internal data insights.
- Provide Market Insight on various trend and compare with internal and external data to recommend a solution to all centre heads on market share.
- Manage Interfaces with of internal and external sources to gather information and/or prepare reports.
- Proactively analyze sales tends, variance, cause, identifying and explaining variances from goals.
- Champion process improvements, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the organization as it pertains to business intelligence, analytics, and data integration capabilities.
- Maintains databases, cleansing and validating data as needed.
- Creates and distributes both routine and complex ad-hoc reports.
- Ensure the Advt Scheduling for day-to-day operation flow.
- Pricing of advertisements - using tech module.
- Creator everyday dashboard for regular display, created and JVC business
