About the Role:
The Campaign Lead will play a crucial role in driving student enrollment and brand awareness for our EdTech company. This is a highly impactful position that requires a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented individual with a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns:
- Plan, strategize, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, email, content, SMS, Whatsapp).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design, content) to ensure seamless campaign execution and achieve campaign objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key metrics and areas for improvement.
Manage campaign budgets and resources:
- Develop and manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
- Managing IP & Domain authority.
Stay abreast of industry trends:
- Stay informed about the latest trends in EdTech, digital marketing, and student recruitment.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships:
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, parents, educators, and industry partners.
Data analysis and reporting:
- Analyze campaign data to track progress, identify trends, and measure ROI.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management.
Skills:
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to 1 effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce or Clever Tap) and CRM systems.
- Experience with A/B testing and other data-driven optimization techniques.
- Experience in the EdTech/ Banking industry (preferred).
