The Brand team is the key driver of the readership growth & brand health for Mirror. The team helps conceptualize, monitor and manage the business road map for Mirror brand. This team has four distinct functions or KRAs to help to maximise Revenue, build strong Brand affinity and create Profitable growth.

Education : MBA in Marketing from Premier B Schools

Experience : 7-9 years of marketing experience. We are looking for individuals who have had a hands-on experience in handling on ground events and campaigns.

Objective : Brand Management for the Mirror brand for 3 large west markets (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad)

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize and execute brand & trade campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, radio

- Creating ATL, BTL, Digital and social media communication

- Support circulation teams in increasing brand reach & recall

- Event Management : Conceptualize & execute on-ground events through events agency, ensure optimum cost management, strike barter deals

- Associate with existing third party properties, Create brand properties to increase reader engagement and revenues

- Operations Management : Releasing ROs, Submission of artworks, MIS, Vendor payments, Competition tracking
