Location: Noida/Mumbai
Responsibilities & Duties
- You will be responsible for revenue generation and own the targets for the vertical.
- You will be looking at creating / maintaining excellent relationships with clients and tailor make solutions to suit clients needs.
- You will need to collect and share regular feedback on market conditions, competition and other factors influencing sales.
- Your profile will involve managing a large team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved. You will also be responsible for motivating and monitoring large teams.
- You will need to ensure that your team Complies with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & high levels of integrity
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Core experience in Corporate sales / key account management
- Should have experience on large handling large targets and ensuring 100% achievement
- MBA from a tier 1 institute would be an additional plus
- Person should be aggressive with a go-getter attitude.
- Strong sales planning & execution skills are required. The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for his team.
Other important attributes:
- Preference to people who have worked in complex sales structures, relationship-based selling, long-sales cycles.
- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills required.
