Main Responsibilities/ Job Summary:
- Maintaining HRMIS/ Dashboards/ Reports / Analyzing reports
- Processing PF/ Retiral / Exit Papers/ FNF
- Responsible for Joining and On-boarding
- Generating SAP IDs/ Email ID Creation/ new employee registration
- Handing employee queries
- Handling Off cycles like Insurance/ Issuing HR Related letters/ Responding to queries from regional spoc.
Skills and Knowledge Requirement (Abilities/ Knowledge & Expertise in field)
Knowledge :
- Relevant experience in managing such activities
Skills:
- Quick in Excel
- Ability to multi task
- Knowledge of SAP HR Module/ Payroll Module would be an added advantage
Qualification:
- MBA/ PGDBM (Two years full time degree)
- 1-4 years relevant experience in managing such activities
