1. Copywriter/Ideator/Brand Solutions
- Advertising copywriters/Brand Solutions across Media experience
- Responsible for creative quality & strategic build of ATL, BTL, Event & digital presentations - Big Ideas centric
- Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the art director; Or individually - Conceptualizing promotional marketing strategies with innovative inputs and effective outputs
- Empowering brand decks (PPTs/Storyboards/Creative Pitches) by infusing IMC approaches
- Allying with BD & CS team, cracking briefs with them and pitching to clients - Typical work activities may include: liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs. To interact with clients to ensure clarity in brief (whenever required)
- Excellent presentation skills and strong knowledge of making powerful presentations
- Handling pan-India briefs and providing experiential solutions presenting ideas to colleagues and clients;
- Familiarising themselves with their clients- products and services, the target audience and their competitors- activities; writing clear, persuasive, original copy; updating digital media;
- Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar; Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative Head, account team or clients

- Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines;
- Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends;
- Keeping up with technological innovations used in new mediums of marketing and suggesting the same in solutions
- Casting actors for TV and radio work, and listening to voice tapes; OR liaising with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers and printers; As required
- Research & study of the brand and garnering its case studies
