- Warehousing - Managing External and Internal warehousing - Must have fair knowledge of warehousing / Inventory / Documentation / FIFO- First In First Out/ Stock Mgt/ Ageing of Newsprint(NP) and consumables

- Import related: Monitoring 3PL( Third Party Logistics) activities - CHA / transportation./ External warehousing) etc

- Timely updates in SAP related to the above ( day to day posting - End user)

- Outside printing - Visiting press / posting entries / Reconciliation of NP( Newsprint) and Materials

- Capital items / Projects / AMC- Annual Maintenance contract / Office Consumable buying / Service buying / Other Miscellaneous branch requirements

- Bill Processing

- AMC- related : ETP& STP ( Effluent / Sewage treatment plant) / DG set - Diesel Generator set / HVAC - High Voltage Alternating Current- A/c / Telecom / FLT - Forklift- etc.,

- Annual contracts bidding : Housekeeping / Security / Beverages / Technical services / Canteen services/ transportation.,etc.,

- Tendering process

- Visit to our press - Weekly 2 days in OMR

- MIS - Management Information System / MIS compliances

- Fluency in Tamil language (local language) is mandatory
