Who are we looking for :
- Candidate would work under the direction of the Brand Strategy Head and provide the management with detailed analysis of Brand Progress & MIS data.
- Candidate would need to have Brand Management knowledge and experience to enable the brands to disrupt and differentiate the brands
- We are looking for individuals who are passionate about research/analytics and are strong with quantitative analysis and deriving insights.
- Incumbent must have the ability to handle large volumes and high complexity of data, analyze, generate meaningful insights and communicate them effectively.
Desired Skill Sets :
- Ability to think out of box for solutions for Brands across verticals
- Excellent skills with experience on advanced excel, macros, MS Access and Power point
- Ability to handle large volumes and high complexity of data, analyse, generate meaningful insights and communicate them effectively
- Ability to work cross functionally with other departments
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of print media industry
- Sharp analytical skills
- Experience in data interpretation from TAM, IRS or other proprietary databases for media analysis - media landscape - inclusive of competition
- Experience in Media Planning and Analysis of Advertisement Consumption
- Ideal candidates are individuals with 5-10 years of experience in data analytics in the Media/Branding space
KRA's :
- Matrices that are developed to measure the progress of various clients.
- Speed and strength of solution provided towards the clients.
- Data analysis for purpose of revenue enhancement and development of meaningful insight
- Competitive analysis - through Response data, TAM and IRS or any other software package which the organisation may provide
- MIS interpretation - for insight development
Education Requirements :
- Post Graduate in Marketing with commerce or statistical background.
- Ideal candidates are individuals with 3-6 years of experience in Media Planning and data analytics in the media and branding space
