Main Responsibility :
- To publish HR Dashboards
- To analyze various reasons and trend of attrition
- To Maintain offline file of Employee Data base
- To follow up with business for closure of KRAs/ KPIs for quarterly assessment.
- To ensure the quality of KPIs designed by business and KPIs are aligned with organization goals.
- To ensure that quarterly assessment is done on time to kick start quarterly RNR.
- To support in Annual Performance Management.
- To conduct stay/ Exit Interview.
- To ensure that sufficient retention efforts are made for any high performer employee.
- To keep a check on pulse of employee.
Knowledge / Skills Required :
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office ( PPT/ Excel)
- Excellent written and communication skills
