- Pitching for new business development, building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts and agencies.
- Responsible for customizing solutions for clients and working with businesses for new ad sales product creation.
- Responsible for Ad Sales Business targets.
- High level of empowerment and decision making ability.
Exposure to strategic thinking - Developing Ad Sales Business for existing TBSL brand
Knowledge (Technical / Functional):
- Experience in Online/Media sales.
- Knowledge of Online metrics like CPA /CPC, CPM etc
- Sound sales and operations knowledge and experience.
- Creative bend when it comes to brand solutions
- Good presentation & planning skills - ability to derive & forecast annual plans for review.
- Understanding of Online Industry
- Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills
- Analytical skills for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics.
- Focus and ability to achieve competitive revenue targets
- Ability to prioritize competing demands,
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Flair for taking up responsibilities independently.
- Display of Clear leadership skills in the field.
- Should have worked on CPM/ CPI etc
Skills:
- PG /Preferably MBA with experience in Online/Media sales.
- Excellent service ethics, Should be Result orientated.
- Proven track record of Sales & Target achievement
