- Candidate must have an experience on selling VRLA batteries or battery services to Private/Govt. Entities/ Corporate/ OEMs/ Dealers and other sale verticals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Strong personal network within the SOLAR, INVERTER, UPS industry.
- Driven, highly motivated and passionate about sales
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Should have good communication and presentation skills.
- Good Computer Knowledge MS office, Good command over Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
Job Description :
1. Would be responsible for building and increasing the market share for the sales of VRLA batteries
2. To achieve the sales and revenue targets as well as growth of the business as per management guideline
3. Keep a close track of market developments and consumer trends - Track the movements of competitors - products, promotion, pricing, communication, positioning
4. Assisting management in identifying viable marketing and pricing strategies in GeM , Site Tenders and distribution channel.
5. Create strategy for new customer acquisition
6. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs - Customer Relation Management
7. Completing regular sales reports specifying the number of sales made.
8. Developing New Dealer / Distribution Network will be added bonus.
