Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, road-map and requirements
- Create short term & long term roadmap & prioritize the features
- Develop and explore new ideas, initiatives and products / services
- Conduct market research and analysis to validate new ideas at every stage
- Customer Case Studies and Use Case preparation
- Research and build an in-depth knowledge of customer needs and competitor products
- Conceptualize and describe products, features and user stories for the development team
- Handle complex ideas and break them down into concise and effective requirements to drive product development
- Identify key insights and translate large volumes of complex data into business solutions
- Develop detailed product requirements documents and communicate to business, design, and development teams
Requirements:
- MBA + BE/B.Tech or MBA + Statistics undergrad
- Excellent cross functional leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of wire-framing, user-stories
- Very strong analytical/numerical skills and experience with metric-based decision making
- Understanding of how customer requirements are translated into meaningful products
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
