Lead - Org Excellence
About the role :
- The Org Excellence (OrgX) team at Tiger is focused on end-to-end process/program management of a variety of delivery operations projects.
- Programs will usually be cross-functional in nature cutting across consulting, engineering, client experience, capability development, operations, HR, etc.
- The OrgX team will interact with multiple senior stakeholders, across functions and geographies, and will play a key role in driving process innovation and productivity across the company.
More specifically, you will :
1. Execute multiple tasks across the process management cycle, such as data collation, stakeholder coordination, deployment, optimization, and maintenance
2. Maintain data and documentation in the right format and ensure accuracy by adhering to checklists and standards
3. Perform regular reporting and analysis for key stakeholders
Required Skills, Competencies & Experience :
- 4-6 years in delivery operations or process/program management, preferably in IT services industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Creating and maintaining templates, reports, and trackers
- Attention to detail and timeliness are critical to this role
- Adaptive to a fast-paced workplace and unstructured/evolving business problems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
