Key Responsibilities:
- Promote full range of products for all Channel Partners and ensure achieving budgeted volumes in the above areas
- Increase dealer/retailer network, achieve sales targets and develop business prospects in the retail segment
- Prospecting for, identifying, and appointing Channel Partners
- Planning, initiation, and monitoring of market activities and sales promotion, and competitor information
- Keep track of market situation by interacting with CPs, Retailers, Mechanics, OEMs, Dealers, and Customers
- Manage relationships with OEM dealers, service teams, and participate in OEM Service camps
- Sales Target Achievement: Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set for the territory.
Market Analysis: Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors' activities.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Promotion: Promoting aftermarket automotive products and services to potential customers through various channels such as direct sales, retail outlets, workshops, and distributors.
Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers within the
territory to expand the customer base.
Territory Management: Effectively managing the assigned territory, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and planning to maximize revenue and profitability.
Training and Support: Providing product knowledge training and technical support to customers and channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary information to sell the products effectively.
Sales Reporting: Generating regular sales reports, market feedback, and performance analysis to present to the management.
- Inventory Management: Coordinating with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock availability and timely delivery of products to customers.
Pricing and Negotiation: Setting appropriate pricing strategies for products and services, and negotiating contracts and deals with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
After-Sales Support: Collaborating with the after-sales and customer support teams to handle customer complaints, warranty issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments, trends, and innovations in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in selling and marketing of any automobile spares
- Fluency in English / Regional language with good communication skills is a must.
- Salary shall not be a constraint for the right candidate.
