Thyrocare Technologies Limited is India's first fully automated diagnostic laboratory with a focus on providing quality at affordable costs to laboratories and hospitals. With a Centralised Processing Laboratory in Mumbai, India for esoteric tests and Regional Processing laboratories in major metro cities in India and other parts of Asia, we perform more than 200,000 clinical chemistry investigations on about 40,000 specimens every day.
Currently we are looking for the role of "State Business Manager". The details are as follows :
Job Description :
- To study and make business analysis of the Healthcare landscape
- To identify and connect with the currently engaged clients
- To identify new business potential clients in the allotted state/territory and initiate Thyrocare services to them
- Educate, Market and Support the clients to grow business
- Quarterly conduct audit and guide the dedicated service provider for highest client satisfaction
- Responsible for managing territory field executives, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets and promoting the organization's presence throughout its territory defined.
- To frequently educate territory field executive about product, company and industry developments and plans
- To frequently summarize on the client concerns and successful client business driven
- Meet periodically with the core team to review, reflect, and strategize about how to improve the relationships and serve the clients.
- Assist in the development of the annual business development plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each service and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the team, and promotion programme plans.
Skill Set Required :
- Must have at least 2 years of prior experience as State Business Manager
- Keen interest and willingness to travel when required to assigned territory to give impetus to business
- Having worked for a healthcare service provider in a similar capacity will be a plus.
- Should have prior experience of managing a team size of 5 -10 people.
- Good Analytical skills with ability to monitor details of data of client
- Innovative, creative and go-getter in marketing focus packages of the company at retail level
- An ability and interest to understand geography and strategize for sample movement
- Good relationship management and engaging skills for generating more sales at client level
- Should have had successful record of achieving target allocated consecutively.
- To approach and deal with customer grievances and feedback with sensitivity
- To be able to quickly priorities jobs under pressure, and be able to anticipate the changing needs of customers and clients.
- Excellent presentation, summarizing and briefing skills are vital.
Qualification : Graduation + MBA (M)
Experience : 5 to 10 years (Preferably in Healthcare)
Gender : Male
Job location : Navi Mumbai
Note : Candidates from PAN India locations are considered and out station candidates should be ready to relocate as per the job location.
