Summary:
- Responsible to develop policies and direct as well as coordinate the entire lifecycle of human resources activities. Such as Recruitment, employee on-boarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management and employee engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection: propose and create new strategies for recruitment, guide and lead the team to close all open positions on time and within budget
- Will Own the recruitment activities of the HR team.
- Compensation and benefits: Analyzes wage and salary trends and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
- Training & Development: Owns preparation of training calendar, Has to discuss with managers and management team to come up with appropriate training plans that meet the needs of the team .
- Performance management: Will own the performance appraisal cycle and Implementing and rolling out the promotion/hike letters.
- Employee engagement: Conceptualize ways to build an engaged workforce and will work with the Hr team to conceptualize and organize events.
- Employee grievance: Go-to person in HR for handling employee grievance and advises the managers of Company to handle critical employee issues and grievances.
- Statutory compliance: Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Develops and maintains a human resources information system that meets top management information needs through reporting or MIS.
