Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned DVP - Key Account Management professional to take charge of our high-value client accounts, focusing on enhancing client relationships, rebuilding connections, and driving revenue growth. In this role, you will manage our Existing-to-Thriwe (ETT) client base, delivering on P&L responsibilities while supporting the success of your direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Growth: Lead and oversee a portfolio of high-impact accounts, identifying opportunities to expand client engagement and generate additional revenue.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and delivering long-term value.
- Revenue and P&L Focus: Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue targets for existing accounts, supporting the organization's overall P&L objectives.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of experienced account managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Collaborative Solutions: Coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver client projects, resolve issues promptly, and exceed client expectations.
- Market and Industry Insight: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to proactively offer growth opportunities to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ Years in Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or a comparable role, with a strong track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving revenue growth.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with loyalty, benefits, or rewards programs within BFSI, insurance, hospitality, aviation, or telecommunications industries would be an added benefit.
- P&L Management: Demonstrated experience managing budgets and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team of experienced professionals, including AVPs.
- Client-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build deep client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Analytical Insight: Capability to analyze client needs, market trends, and competitor activities to proactively identify client growth opportunities.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Industries:
- The candidate must have worked in a Loyalty and/or rewards company that caters to banks, hospitality, aviation, automobiles etc. as their B2B institutional clients
- Subject to meeting the requirements on skill sets, experience and track record mentioned above.
