Community Manager
- Take a lead role in maintenance and development of the site.
- Writing reports for senior managers/department heads and clients.
- Carry out quality assurance checks on content.
- Promote information about the website to target customers and partners.
- Effectively work with Content Writers and provide encouraging feedback.
- Manage blogs with ongoing design improvements, content, development, maintenance and functionality.
- Provide editorial assistance with blog, social, press releases, infographics, landing pages, and other content as needed.
- Produce reports to assist other departments to business decisions.
- Communicate changes, projects, updates, and initiatives to the broader team through PowerPoint, email, conference calls, and meetings.
- Avid blogger.
Requirements :
- 2-3 years of working experience in content, proof reading, communication, journalism, or related fields.
- Should be data driven and should optimize for the right parameters and have strong execution capabilities.
- Should possess good project management skills and ability to over achieve in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Positive and highly motivated and driven; Capable of driving exponential growth in a very short time frame.
- Creative and out of the box thinking; Unconventional ideas are a bonus.
- Willingness to work in a fast paced / dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
