Responsibilities:
- Handling sales team on B to C sales products which mostly include activities/experiences.
- Formulate a right strategy for the team to channelize sales.
- Should be able to take decisions based on numbers and analytics.
- Can work closely with product and digital team to formulate sales strategy.
- Should be extremely good in relationship building with partners.
- Working closely with management in identifying and defining the targets.
- Do target setting for the team and work closely towards achievement
- Market Research on Industry & Competitors
- Identify list of prospects & specific points of synergy
- Identify new potential areas for developing business
- Contact the prospects for business development & cracking deals
- Innovate & come up with new channels of developing business.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of work experience
- Past experience of working with an e-commerce organization or a startup: added benefit
- Past experience with Travel Company is a bonus
- Excellent Negotiating skills
- High Ownership skills
- Capability to handle a team
