Responsibilities:
- Identify new potential areas for developing business
- Developing Merchant acquisition strategies and maintaining acquisition trackers on processes and procedures
- Negotiating and closing deals for business development & revenue
- Become an expert on Thrillophilia product, our competition and the markets in which we compete
- Lead the negotiation to close deals
- As the face of the organization, you will help in building Thrillophilia's brand in the industry, merchant and customer community
Desired Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of work experience in Merchant Acquiring with product based companies
- Ability to propose, negotiate and close deals in attracting new merchants or expanding existing relationships
- Strong abilities to function well in a super-fast paced work environment
- Strong communication skills, high energy with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience working in e-commerce or a start-up is a plus
- Ability to work with complete ownership and a passion to drive
- A go getter attitude
