Qualification and Years of Experience:

- Qualified CA with 10 to 13 years of experience. As an individual, you possess people leadership, customer centricity and high degree of analytical skills and are an excellent communicator

Level: Lead Associate

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the development of organizational strategy, Develop, monitor and drive adherence to finance strategy and processes to control commercial and statutory requirements.

- Decide the course of action with the objective of achieving planned profitability and growth, meeting financial reporting and budgeting requirements and protecting organization interests within the company guidelines and statutory norms.

- Actively participate in the preparation of the annual budgets, comparison of actual performance against the budget, identifying and analyzing variance device and monitor the implementation of necessary actions.

- Responsible for monthly accounts closure/estimates & develop reliable estimates/forecasts of P&L, cash & key working capital accounts; communicate current results and future estimates to Top Management.

- Review statutory books of accounts, consolidation & reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with accounting norms.

- Present true & fair view of the financial position of the company, accounts finalization, ensures timely preparation of annual reports.

- Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies.

- Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets and risk management Policies of the organization other responsibilities.

- Collaborate with internal auditors and statutory auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

- Expertise in analysing complex financial data and extracting and defining relevant information; interpreting data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and projecting a financial probability.

- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.

- Overseeing all tax and regulatory/compliance issues viz., STPI / SEZ, Transfer Pricing, GST etc.,

- Contributing to decisions regarding financial strategy.

- Deal evaluation, reviews and approvals.

- Exposure to ERP system preferably PeopleSoft.

- People management skills, Inter-personal skills, Communication skills are mandatory.

- Experience in Software development and consultancy organization is preferred.
