Work locations: Bangalore

JD:

- Excellent sales skills. Concrete track record of generating leads,

- Minimum 1-5 years experience for Business development role

- Identifying prospects, understanding needs in depth, closing the deal, and following up on execution

- Skilled at account mapping and understanding of the sales cycle including Cross selling, probing into opportunities, mapping an account..etc

- Should have innovative and out of the box thinking capabilities

- Familiarity with various verticals such as IT/ITES, Manufacturing, High Tech, Private Equity and Mortgage Industry

- Good Communication and Negotiation skills

- Sales forecasting, reporting using CRM are critical prerequisites

- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of large potential accounts, including understanding client needs, preparing highly professional solutions, coordinating with internal stakeholders, creating presentations, carrying out negotiations, and follow-up

- Goal-focused with track record of meeting and exceeding targets

- Willing to work in Night Shifts (5.30 PM- 2:00 AM- mandatory)

- Male candidate only
