Description: Level of Experience : 8+ Years Role: Individual will be responsible for leveraging expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning and data engineering to solve complex business problems Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead development initiatives in Gen AI and data science and drive innovation - Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI models using machine learning and deep learning techniques - Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures, incorporating the latest in AI technologies and methodologies - Interact with client for understanding requirements and discussing solutions - Communicate findings and results to non-technical stakeholders and provide actionable insights - Optimize and fine-tune AI models to improve their performance and accuracy - Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists Requirements: - A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering - Knowledge of Deep Learning models for solving business problems is a must - Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and current Gen AI concepts, indicating a strong grasp of the latest advancements and their practical applications. - Proficiency in Generative techniques prompt engineering, Vector DB, LLMs such as OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Open-source LLMs, Vector DBs is a must - Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL - Familiarity with using hosted services on cloud is a plus - Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Data Scientist Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer) can be an advantage. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into data science projects.
