Requirements:

Summary:

- We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead global manufacturing IT projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.

- The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects in a global manufacturing environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.

Scope of Responsibilities:

- Co-ordinate with Global IT Teams and Global Stakeholders to ensure the completion of projects within the agreed budget and timeline

- Manage global IT projects related to manufacturing operations, focussed on Case and Pallet Labelling systems

- Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and budgets

- Collaborate with global stakeholders, including manufacturing leaders, IT teams, and vendors

- Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements and are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

- Manage project risks, issues, and changes

- Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings

- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, procedures, and standards

Skills/Experience Required:

- 5+ years of IT project management experience in global manufacturing environments

- Knowledge of manufacturing operations/labelling processes, and system and an understanding of IT Application Architecture (Infrastructure & Network)

- Experience in delivering projects related to IT Manufacturing Systems

- Positive Attitude with High Initiative/ Ownership and Global Mindset

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside cross-functional and Global teams

- PMP/ SAFE certification or equivalent -MBAs Preferred
