R2R Global Process Owner (GPO) Description : Responsibilities : - Responsible for design and standardization of end-to- end Record to Report process for management reporting and drive the adoption for the same across organization - Identify and address deviations from Global process model to ensure compliance - Drive global transformation projects in R2R space end to end - conceptualization, business case, design, implementation and tracking of benefits - Identification and signing off on risk in processes. Implementation of controls required to mitigate any gap and subsequent risks. - Own documentation related to all areas of R2R and to be kept up to date with time - Track the issues in O2C process across all regions and set up best practices - Lead Internal and business stakeholder Change management, Trainings and Communication - Partnering with Management Reporting - Operations teams to ensure all structural issues identified during the MEC are addressed on an ongoing basis - Responsible for Operational execution of Controls and resolve exceptions and Central management of Audit requirements and compliance Skill Requirement : - Qualified Accountant/ MBA in finance - In depth knowledge and understanding of R2R process - Strong Management Reporting and financial controls (Reporting, Accounting) knowledge - SAP COPA module knowledge - Strong project, change management and leadership skills - Ability to translate R2R vision and strategy into operational excellence projects and design thinking - Analytical mind-set - Robust risk and controls management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to communicate complex concepts and risk factors to stakeholders and influence decision making - Ability to challenge the status quo pro-actively and passion for technology and digital innovation - Issue and crisis management, able to face and effectively manage conflict - Passionate about building and developing best-in-class finance processes - Experience in program/ project/ change management Desirable Skills : - SAP FICO or Oracle Financials knowledge in Management reporting and consolidations of financials - Strong professional experience, including team leadership and change management - Strong Finance Manager - A Chartered Accountant/ICWA/MBA in Finance with broad experience and understanding of Management - Reporting processes - Experience in regional / global roles interacting virtually with stakeholders across multiple locations.
