Job Responsibilities

- Estimate, plan and control projects to ensure that they are completed on schedule, within the budget

- Create/ update the project metrics tracking sheet for the project

- Track the overall progress / internal milestones of the project.

- Ensure the quality of deliverables to the customer and perform adequate checks to verify whether the acceptance criteria defined for the product is met

- Identifies the risks in the project and manages the risk with suitable mitigation and contingency plans

- Conduct weekly reviews with the project stakeholders which includes project milestone reviews, risk and issue status tracking, project goal analysis with respect to Process Performance Models, SPC review and tracking.
