We are having excellent opportunity for Engineering Manager - CMM Level 5 Company - Cochin

- A strong people leader with experience of leading a software engineering function of 30+ software professionals

- Experience working in a software development management capacity for a B2B software business (knowledge of HR/HCM/Talent solutions would be advantageous)

- Experience of building software products, web and mobile, in an agile environment

- Experience building a team and developing skills

- Demonstrable experience building relationships both inside and outside of the organization

- A natural coach and problem solver, skilled at helping team members find their own answers and share best practices and achievements with other team members

- Possessing restless curiosity to drive improvements across the team utilising the appropriate data sets and feedback from the Product Management team and other interactions

- Lead the way on communicating the company roadmap and other new ideas, designs & achievements across Engineering teams and to the wider business.

- Maintain oversight and awareness of Epics within their area of specialism in order to streamline any escalations and manage risks in the most effective manner

- Collaborate with the Product Management team and customers to analyse the requirements for future core and bespoke developments.
