Thomas Assessments - Senior Manager - Training & Competency Development

- Deliver the internationally renowned Thomas International certification, related workshops and other customised programs offered by Thomas Assessments. 

- Develop and deliver programs based on client expectations and assessment outcomes (both self and partner managed). 

- Work with the Assessment team in competency assessments, outcomes analysis and related engagements. 

- Work with the Senior Management to develop and deliver programs for internal competency development.
