Job Description:

Position Overview:

- Reporting to the AVP operations, the Lead Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring projects within our consulting vertical are effectively executed.

- In this role you'll be dedicated to working effectively with the team to plan, implement and execute on-going and new projects as well as continuing to enhance our current processes and improvement programs.

Responsibilities:

This role will include, but is not limited to:

- Project management and coordination on across Consulting specific projects and our wider Consulting transformation programme.

- Maintenance of operations processes.

- Project management and coordination on across Consulting specific projects and our wider transformation programme.

- Manage projects with a focus on process improvement, employee engagement, employee experience and compliance.

- Develop and maintain project management documents such as project plans, roll out plans and material, scope documents, and comms plans.

- Develop change management material such as training, communications and engagement collateral.

- Act as the liaison on cross departmental projects, working with stakeholders across the business for efficient project implementation.

- Assist the AVP Operations to monitor project progress and provide updates to project stakeholders.

- Maintenance of operations processes.

- Manage the operations team collateral, trackers and drive, by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.

- Schedule stakeholder meetings and coordinate actions.

- Liaise directly with stakeholders across departments to coordinate Consulting team updates.

- Support key meetings to coordinate weekly engagement materials and organise vertical wide meetings and events.

- Partnership and management with technology for tech related initiatives.

- Propose improvement processes for ongoing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

- The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in an operations or project focussed role.

- Project management experience.

- Change management experience.

- Experience using google slides and google sheets.

- Organised, detail-oriented and proactive.

- Excellent communication skills, including strong written and verbal English skills.

- Able to multitask and prioritise different projects at one time.

- A flexible and adaptable personality combined with a resourceful and positive attitude is essential.

- Stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in a fast paced working environment with sense of urgency and responsiveness.
