This fantabulous role is with one of our UK based IT solutions clients which has expansion plans for Singapore and Japan in the coming months. In the midst of IT companies mushrooming every nook and corner, this company has come out with an innovative way of creating a new market and then serving this market with its outstanding team of developers. The founders / leadership team consists of highly talented people who have established technology businesses in Singapore and the UK and have worked with global technology companies across Europe and Asia. This highly connected founding team is launching this new business with an innovative business model and are looking for developers to meet their increasing demand.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

To boost their plans and meet a highly innovative market that has been created by this client, they welcome applications from exceptionally high calibre technology geeks. The role would require the hands on approach in the next few months and based on the performance the incubent should be ready to shoulder the responsibilities of the CTO and be part of the leadership team in India. Following is the snapshot of the skills needed for this role:

1) 3-4 years of experience in HTML 5, CSS, JS.

2) Must have experience on Jquery, JS, HTML5 and cms like Wordpress Joomla and magento theming.

3) At least 3 yrs of working experience in Website Development on HTML 4.0 and good knowledge on HTML 5.0

4) At least 3 yrs of working experience in CSS (version 2.0 and 3.0)

5) Should have an exceptional eye for design in web-media and web-applications

6) Should have worked in Website maintenance and Optimization

7) Should be able to work independently on projects

8) Should have an experience of working with international clients

9) Must have a good understanding of processes and have managed quite a number of projects at the same
time

10) Good Communication skills are mandatory

11) Should be able to create HTML from PSD files.

12) Should be able to design quick but innovative websites after analysing client requirements

QUALIFICATION:

Pile of degrees won't help here. Your real credential is your work - prove that and you are in. If you have those basic skills listed above there are chances you are going to work with this wonderful global start up. If you are B.Tech / MCA / BCA / M.Sc in relvant areas, you surely increase your chances of joing this venture.

COMPENSATION:

We are sure many smart guys among you would have jumped to this paragraph before reading the unending stuff above :), and that's absolutely fine! Given that this role will be a key strategic role for the company, the client is ready to compensate the desired candidate at the premium rate. And of course, stock options are also on the card for someone who joins this role. Remember that the company is a start up but the team behind it has tremendous global experience and successful entrepreneurship stories behind them.
