Our founding team and board of advisors includes alumni from some of the world's leading organizations and universities- IIM Ahmedabad, INSEAD, University of Michigan, Oxford, Booz Allen Hamilton, BCG and Spencer Stuart executive search. We are now adding a new high potential segment to our offering and are looking for top performing candidates to be part of this growth story.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for ambitious and highly driven individuals to be a part of our select business development team in Chennai. This is an opportunity to pioneer the growth of a unique student mentoring platform in India (www.svasas.com). You will take ownership for all sales and marketing initiatives including direct to schools/colleges, B2C channels such as social media and more localized initiatives.

If you are someone who is passionate about motivating/mentoring students and can develop strong lasting relationships with students, parents and educational institutions then this might be the job for you. The ideal candidate would have some level of experience selling educational services or a strong track record in sales and marketing.

Desires skills and expertise:

- Service oriented disposition with excellent interpersonal skills

- Must have the ability to professionally and effectively deliver presentations in various audience formats- both 1-on-1 as well as large groups.

- Effective lead management, including keeping control and tracking of volumes coming through various channels- Centre walk in, inbound calls, online campaigns, focus groups, existing student referrals, etc

- Devise effective marketing campaigns and work closely with other team members to ensure execution

- Comfort in target and timeline oriented goals and delivery against them

- Must be able to travel with own mode of transport locally (within Chennai)
