Brand Marketing Manager


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?


- Lead Brand Marketing, Strategy, Content and Communication for existing and new brands

- Creating Brand positioning and differentiation strategies, generating brand anticipation and planning Brand launch keeping in mind the key insights gained from customer and competitor analysis

- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, category, product planning and go-to-market execution plans

- Establishing the brand visibility and fueling its recognition

- Accountable to lead marketing campaigns, content, understanding the brand well, and integrating the brand communication across all channels

- Responsible for 360 degree Marketing such as Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content, Offline activation, Pop ups, GT /MT and more

- Develop & conduct marketing campaigns to increase traffic & conversion

- Own and drive social media presence for the brand

- Identify events for Pop-ups and other brand promotion activities

- Creation of marketing calendars and segmenting the budget across campaigns and channels

- Creating ,maintaining and executing content calendar

- Identify and maintain a list of top influencers for outreach and work to partner with them for Instagram, YouTube and any other with a focus on the INDIA market.

- Decoding briefs and creating influencer marketing solutions that can be translated into achievable business objectives.

- On boarding, Cost negotiation, Briefing & Campaign Execution with influencers/ influencer marketing agencies for campaigns, joint venture partnership and strategic partnership

- Initiating Community building to drive brand desire and consumer loyalty

- Analyzing and researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas to expand, based upon consumer needs and spending habits

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM?

- 7-10 years of experience working for a D2C/ Food/FMCG brand

- Passion for food

- Knowhow of current D2C brands and consumers

- Experience in leading team of social media, graphic designers, videographer, content & copy

- Understanding of brand marketing and communication

- Expertise in online and offline marketing

- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills

- Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multi task
