Role Overview :

Think41 is looking for Technical Product Consultants with an understanding of technology & engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong demonstrated ability to deliver products and business impact leveraging technology. Interest and passion for AI, and generative AI in particular is necessary. Any previous experience is a plus, but not required.

This role would be fit for an "Accomplished Generalist", someone ready to go across functions and dive deep when necessary. We believe with Generative AI help, roles of technical lead, delivery management, and product management will start overlapping and merging. While you may not be an expert in all areas, starting from your core expertise, and an interest along with ability to learn and execute on the others is a must.

Responsibilities :

- Manage business and client stakeholder relationships, providing value and influence the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives

- Manage product roadmap, backlog, prioritization and sprints working closely with the engineering team for on-time delivery with a high-quality bar

- Work with the leadership team to execute strategic initiatives across the organization

- Recruit, onboard, and mentor top engineering and design talent to build and execute as high-performance teams

- Gain an understanding of Generative AI, staying updated with latest advancements and exploring innovative ways to use it for improved process, productivity & products.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 2+ years of total work experience with 1+ year in Product Management.

- Bachelor of Technology, MBA or an equivalent degree

- Demonstrated ability to manage business & client stakeholder

- Track record of leading initiatives in cross-functional environments with the ability to navigate challenges and build consensus across teams.

- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Detailed knowledge and understanding of a horizontal or vertical industry

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

NOTE: Candidates who have recently completed MBA and possess previous tech and product experience are also eligible to apply.
