Job Summary:

The incumbent of the role will be a part of the CEO's Office team working very closely with our CEO and executive leadership to develop and implement both short term and long term growth strategy. The role holder will work under broad areas of strategic planning, monitoring business operations and driving growth. He/ She will also assist the executive team across the areas of Business Development, Marketing, Operations, HR etc. The role holder will primarily work with and report to the CEO of ThinCI, thereby assisting him in all the key decision making activities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct qualitative & quantitative research and primary/ secondary research on target markets/ products, analyse trends and summarize data and facts regarding key strategic issues to CEO and the leadership team

- Support the CEO with interactions and presentations for customers, partners, industry trade shows, and board of directors

- Prepare financial and business forecasts by interacting with respective engineering/ business leads. Perform financial performance analysis including MIS, investor relations and reporting.

- Oversee and manage a wide variety of highly prioritized projects, as well as complete ad-hoc projects, requests, and analysis

Requirements:

- MBA / BE degree with equivalent practical experience

- 2-4+ years of experience in management consulting or investment banking or in a technology startup (role dependent upon experience level)

- High level proficiency with MS Office and industry standard research/ competitive analysis tools.

- Self-starter with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
 

- Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment. Well-organized, flexible, able to perform well under pressure.

- Willing to travel to client locations across geographies

Nice to have:

- Exposure to the semiconductor/ AI domain

- Prior experience in roles requiring project management/ customer delivery
