ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The TopScout is looking for an individual with good understanding of business goals aligning with the organization's service line and solutions in order to make a lead-generation strategy and qualification process. Incumbent should have a good grasp on behavioural perspectives of customers/ clients and take decisions to be able to offer ideal solutions and align with the growth target.
- Prospect and identify qualified leads whose requirements align with our service line and solutions
- Maintain POCs and track activities and tasks on the CRM system
- Research industry and brand specific marketing demands and articulate pitch accordingly
- Initiate and take up meetings to engage brand POCs to learn requirements and subsequently run through the avenues to collaborate
- Brainstorm with internal client success stakeholders to gather data and executions strengths specific to respective prospect
- Build a weekly prospecting database and follow foundation outreach processes built for the department
- Research on various trends of influencer advertising to generate growth prospects for client
- Build outbound channels and their respective strategies across Emails, LinkedIn, Cold Calls etc.
- Curate industry specific pitch with the Content team and pitch tailor-made services to relevant brands
- Assist Content and Brand Solutions team on preparing final business plan [Content Strategy + Influencer Strategy] for new client onboard.
- Ensure strong pipeline, business closures and new revenue growth MoM from outbound prospect list.
