We are a Hyderabad based early stage start-up coming up with a new brand of Co-Working space for start-ups in India on a very large scale. The idea is to create a platform for networking with like minded people, meeting mentors and investors along with required support services under one roof along with affordable work space. We are well funded and have initiated the process of developing the co-working space

We are looking for a co-founder handling strategy and marketing activities to round up our team.

Requirements

1. MBA candidates from top 10 B-Schools with 3-4 years of post MBA experience

2. Dynamic and adaptable in nature with strong leadership skills to lead the team in implementing the business plan

3. 1-2 years of exposure to marketing concepts, strategy and best practices to attract the target audiences through various channels

4. Should be ready to wear multiple hats and get the hands dirty if required

5. Exposure to technology products and applications (not necessarily an expert)

6. Good communication skills to speak to clients and handle issues in daily operations

7. 1-2 years Start-up experience to be able to work and motivate team members under ambiguous circumstances
