Job Title: Head - Omnichannel Marketing

The Lead- Omnichannel marketing is a seasoned marketer with exposure to strategic marketing, corporate strategy, new product launches, competitive intelligence, analytics and sales. She/he will be responsible to drive integrated marketing strategies & campaigns across traditional and digital platforms to drive greater customer and partner division value, competitive differentiation, and ensure that India builds upon its position as the leading digital science company.
In addition, this leader is also responsible for the development and implementation of Digital solution for training and development of the field teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Insight Development - Partner with internal team and other business groups to identify customers and brands insights
- Strategy - Identify Growth Opportunities and drive Growth Initiatives/Go-To-Mkt cross-business at Corporate level. Use insights to develop sound, fact-based marketing strategies to drive incremental ROI against business objectives.
- Planning - Ensure sound development of the omni-channel program and any required supporting capabilities. Partner with Vertical and digital channels team through the planning journey
- Execution/Capability Development - Based on developed strategy & value proposition in verticals, create and execute strategic marketing integrated campaigns to deliver integrated messages to the market including, x division events, digital marketing, KOL community management. Align on strategy and implementation with key function and division partners across position, levels, & location
- Measurement and Optimization - quantify the business impact of the programs developed and continue to enhance performance over time
- In addition, build an omnichannel marketing framework to assist the marketing teams drive these initiatives
- Develop Value Propositions for Thermo Fisher Full portfolio in verticals
- Drive cross division commercial activities to present Thermo Fisher Full Portfolio/Solutions in the market in order to bringing incremental business growth through synergizing the approach by launching innovated marketing /commercial projects
- Supports monthly, quarterly and annual reporting process in alignment with the financial planning cycle i.e. MBR, QBR, STRAP

Education & Qualification:
- Bachelors degree required - MBA in Marketing, Finance or Statistics preferred
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Strategic Marketing, Analytics and Market research
- Sales experience is preferred
- Prior exposure to digital marketing tools is preferred
- Excellent strategy, planning and execution skills with proven ability to drive results
- Effective communicator (verbal, written and presentation), with a demonstrated ability to influence through a straight-forward style of communication
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, influencing and collaboration being key skills
