ROLE DESCRIPTION :

A Lead Management Consultant at TheMathCompany drives engagement and MathCo. success. This would present a good mix of technical and strategic exposure. In addition to this primary responsibility, there would be a wide range of opportunities to learn and grow in your career. This includes participating in Leadership forums, owning critical organization initiatives, driving adoption of new technologies & process improvements, leading thought leadership initiatives, Co-authoring / developing ideas with customers, etc.

A brief overview of responsibilities is detailed as below:

- Being a thought partner for clients/stakeholders to design roadmaps, solutions

- Managing scale and portfolios in an effective manner

- Inspire creativity and innovation to provide great client experiences

- Participate in Leadership, Client Forums to design, own organizational initiatives

- Own P&L and strategic outcomes to build leadership credentials
