Candidate Profile :

We are looking for a candidate with minimum 5-7 years of management experience in the retail sector to manage the company's growth and operations. Candidates with business degrees from top Indian or foreign institutes preferred. Well-developed communication skills in English a must.

Responsibilities :

- Direct company operations to meet budget and other financial goals

- Manage day-to-day operations, including domestic and international shipments, warehousing, product development, packaging design, physical points-of-sale, online portal, client services, and administration

- Monitor sales and place orders/re-orders with suppliers

- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarding and customs handling teams

- Liaise with registration consultants to ensure speedy and efficient registration of products

- Prepare monthly report based on sales and market trends

- Source new products and suppliers to add to Beauty Source portfolio

- Manage marketing and PR in conjunction with team

- Manage human resources and recruitment

- Develop and implement strategies to ensure company growth in accordance with company vision
