The Yarn Bazaar is a Managed (full stack) B2B Marketplace solving the problem of broken supply chain & working capital constraints in textiles (Yarn) - a huge, yet highly fragmented market that we are looking to disrupt. Founded in July 2019, Pratik Gadia conceptualised the idea of The Yarn Bazaar while working for his family business in Textile Manufacturing having personally experienced multiple constraints due to a severely broken supply chain. Since July 2019, we are proud to have already completed 100% advance payment transactions worth over - 400 crores, with no credit, working capital, financing, or inventory. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to drive business growth, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure seamless execution of key programs. Responsibilities:

- Identify and Capitalize on Growth Opportunities: Leverage data analysis, market research, and user feedback to uncover new areas for growth.

- Develop & Execute Operational Strategies: Lead initiatives across operations, partnerships, and process optimization.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and finance teams to align on strategic initiatives.

- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights through detailed reports.

- Be Hands-on and Agile: Work in the field, travel as needed, and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.

- Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and emerging operational strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills:

- Entrepreneurial Experience: Either having founded a business or played a significant role in scaling a startup.

- Operational & Business Development Expertise: Strong experience in managing and optimizing business operations.

- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization.

- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and team coordination

- Early-stage Track Record: Candidates from mid- to late-stage startups with major salary hikes may not align with the role.

- Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or business strategy.

- Entrepreneurial Experience: Prior experience in scaling a startup, founding a business, or working in an early-stage startup is highly valued.
