Founded in July 2019, Pratik Gadia conceptualised the idea of The Yarn Bazaar while working for his family business in Textile Manufacturing having personally experienced multiple constraints due to a severely broken supply chain. Since July 2019, we are proud to have already completed 100% advance payment transactions worth over - 400 crores, with no credit, working capital, financing, or inventory. What We Are looking for

We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and highly adaptable Program Manager to work closely with the Founder & CEO. This role is ideal for a generalist leader with strong business acumen, operational expertise, and project management skills. The Program Manager will drive high-priority initiatives, improve efficiencies, and spearhead growth strategies across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning & Execution: Work closely with the CEO to drive key business initiatives and operational efficiency.

- Project & Program Management: Oversee critical projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Business Growth & Market Expansion: Conduct research, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities for business expansion.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, product, and engineering teams to align on growth initiatives.

- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track KPIs, generate data-driven insights, and present findings to leadership.

- Operational Excellence: Optimize processes and workflows to improve team productivity and scalability.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between internal teams, investors, external partners, and vendors.

- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Address business challenges with data-backed solutions and innovative thinking.

- Event & Investor Coordination: Assist in managing investor relations, board meetings, and corporate events.
