Position Title: Growth Catalyst/Program Manager

What We Are Looking:
We are seeking a visionary, adaptable generalist to join our fast-paced team as a Growth Catalyst/Program Manager. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to drive business growth, improve user acquisition, and scale operational efficiencies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of an emerging leader in the yarn industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and Capitalize on Growth Opportunities: Leverage data analysis, market research, and user feedback to uncover new areas for growth.
- Develop & Execute Growth Strategies: Lead initiatives across digital marketing, partnerships, and product optimization.
- Enhance and Build Frameworks: Create and implement operational and strategic frameworks based on prior experiences.
- Optimize User Journeys: Streamline conversion funnels to maximize user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Experiment and Innovate: Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate for ongoing improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on growth initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights through detailed reports.
- Be Hands-on and Agile: Work in the field, travel as needed, and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with industry trends and emerging growth strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (IT background is a bonus).
- Entrepreneurial Experience: Either having founded a business or played a significant role in scaling a startup.
- Sales/Business Development Expertise: Strong experience in identifying and closing opportunities.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and conversion rate optimization.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal and team coordination skills.
- Early-stage Track Record: Candidates from mid- to late-stage startups with major salary hikes may not align with the role.
