- Founded in July 2019, Pratik Gadia conceptualised the idea of The Yarn Bazaar while working for his family business in Textile Manufacturing having personally experienced multiple constraints due to a severely broken supply chain.
- Since July 2019, we are proud to have already completed 100% advance payment transactions worth over 400 crores, with no credit, working capital, financing, or inventory.
- The Yarn Bazaar was featured on Shark Tank India where we raised funding from 4 of the esteemed sharks.

What We Are Looking :
- As a Growth Catalyst, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and scaling strategies to drive business growth and innovation in the Yarn Industry.
Responsibilities :
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and user feedback.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across various channels, including but not limited to digital marketing, partnerships, and product optimization.
- Optimize conversion funnels to maximize user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to iterate and improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to drive growth initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on growth metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Must Have built their Own Business, had their Own Start-Up
- Business Development Experience.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
