About Us:

The Yarn Bazaar is a Managed (full stack) Vertical B2B Marketplace solving the problem of broken supply chain & working capital constraints in textiles - a huge, yet highly fragmented market that we are looking to disrupt.

Founded in July 2019, Pratik Gadia conceptualized the idea of The Yarn Bazaar while working for his family business in Textile Manufacturing having personally experienced multiple constraints due to a severely broken supply chain. Since July 2019, we are proud to have already completed 100% advance payment transactions worth over - 370 crores on our platform, with no credit, working capital, financing, or inventory. The Yarn Bazaar was featured on Shark Tank India where we raised funding from 4 of the esteemed sharks.

What we are seeking:

We are seeking a versatile and driven individual to join our team as a Growth Catalyst or program manager, who will play a pivotal role in various aspects of our business operations. The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience, preferably with a background in entrepreneurship or startup ventures, strong communication skills, and a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.

What You'll do:

- Multifaceted Support: Provide comprehensive support across various departments including operations, logistics, purchase, supply chain, marketing, customer service, and administration.

- Project Coordination: Coordinate and assist in implementing various projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.

- Communication: Serve as a liaison between different teams, fostering clear and effective communication to facilitate seamless workflow.

- Problem Solving: Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency and overcome obstacles.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed in a dynamic startup environment.

- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Leverage past entrepreneurial experience, including any startup ventures, to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.

What you'll need:

- Degree in Engineering or related field.

- 3-7 years of relevant work experience, with exposure to different roles preferred.

- 1 year of Previous experience with entrepreneurship or startup ventures, including experience managing one's own startup.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
