Roles and responsibilities :
- Build an e-commerce experience for internet users, also for those who are purchasing online for the first time
- Own customer experience and delight on the product, feature usability and product success metrics
- Participate in in-person customer research to drive constructive decisions and to build product roadmap
- Personalize customer journey on the platform
- Experiment with traditional and creative ideas to recognize high leverage product-led growth opportunities
Your skills and experience :
- Engineering / MBA
- 2 - 3 years of product experience in ecommerce domain
- Passionate for understanding customers and their behavior
- Experience in taking data-driven analytical decisions with strong analytical and quantitative skills
