The Group, with two reputed brands in the Industry for decades has unique advantages in the building material and construction sector in India and aims to be a leading player in these sectors. We are looking to expand our distribution network significantly on a pan India basis with focus on adding new products and expansion of our retail base.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Group is looking for a hands-on & aggressive professional with the following experience:

1. Expansion of channel sales partners, developing projects and institutional sales by promoting Architects and Builders throughout South India in the 1st phase and a pan India focus in the 2nd phase

2. Planning and forecasting Retail, Institutional and Project sales on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis.

3. Will be responsible to plan and execute the Go-to-Market plans and activities.

4. Must develop good working relationships with channel partners while simultaneously build a strong builder base and continuously work to build and enhance the brand presence in the region

5. Reactivate existing distribution network with focus on high end products, develop the business network and build profit oriented sales.

6. Implement Schemes and strategies in the market to boost primary and secondary sales.

7. Expand and Manage the sales team concentrating on training and go-to-market plan.

8. Orient Sales and Marketing activities to enhance brand visibility cost effectively.

9. Work in tandem with Production and all other departments in the organization to achieve the desired output.

Candidates must have 10 years sales experience in Building Materials industry/Consumer Durables/FMCG with good track record of sales trade/project management, and capability to build up a team from scratch if required. Experience in Handling Sales of Tiles & Bathroom products like Sanitary ware, Furniture & Fittings will be an added advantage.

Remuneration: 10 - 12 lakhs plus performance-based incentives
