We are seeking an experienced Online Growth Manager to lead our efforts in enhancing our online presence, driving organic growth, optimizing UI/UX, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Position: Online Growth Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Journey:

- Analyze user behavior and website metrics to identify opportunities for improvements.

- Collaborate with design and development teams to create a seamless and intuitive online shopping experience that enhances conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

- Implement A/B tests and user feedback analysis to iterate and optimize user journeys.

2. Customer Segmentation and Communication:

- Segment the customer base based on behavior, demographics, and usage patterns.

- Identify key marketing hooks for each segment and design personalized communication strategies.

3. Funnel Health and Growth Levers:

- Monitor and maintain the health of the growth funnel, identifying bottlenecks and taking corrective actions.

- Explore and implement new growth levers based on customer funnel analysis and industry trends.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the product team to define and execute requirements for enhancing user engagement and expanding acquisition channels (organic and paid).

- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of growth initiatives.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making:

- Drive strategies through a combination of quantitative results, AB testing, and qualitative research.

- Execute detailed analysis of campaign and channel effectiveness, including segmentation, creatives, targeting, and cohort analysis.

6. Organic Growth Strategy:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy to increase website traffic, engagement, and brand visibility.

- Utilize SEO best practices, content marketing, and social media strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.

- Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, relevant content creation.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in online growth, digital marketing, and e-commerce.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate them into actionable improvements.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-driven strategies.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of driving growth metrics.

- Creative thinking and the ability to innovate in a competitive online market.

- Passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
