Talent Acquisition Manager
- Candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree with eight to twelve years of recruitment experience
- The ideal candidate should have solid end-to-end knowledge of the recruitment process
- Candidate should have excellent stakeholder management skills
- The candidate should have a good grasp on sourcing from different platforms
- The ideal candidate should also have the ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Ability to Initiate various communicate channels for recruitment
- Driving both strategic and operationally focused initiatives and service to deliver in line with the business goals
- Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills
- Strong Excel and database management skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
- Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
