Job Description Manager - Costing and Inventory Controller We are seeking a detailed oriented cost accountant to supervise our manufacturing plants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing and collecting data to determine the costs of business activities such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor. Candidate will also be responsible for having control on inventory management of the organization. Candidate will be instrumental in managing cost, improve financial efficiency and contribute directly to the bottom line. - Product Cost verification for two plants. Collect and analyse cost across manufacturing locations. - Comparison of product cost across various locations - Compare Moving Average Price for all location for same SKU - Review of manufacturing costs and its allocation to Bill of Materials - Review of Bill of Material on routine basis with actual consumption - Review of SAP inventory movements - Review of SAP stock with physical stocks on monthly basis - Assist in preparation of Budgets, forecast and tracking actuals. - Review of standard cost and actuals and identify reasons for deviations. - Assist in month-end closing of relevant general ledgers. - Handle audits.
