Job Overview:

This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to gain exposure to the investment banking industry. The candidate will support various non-deal related activities including research, data analysis, and operational tasks, and will work closely with senior analysts and associates. This role serves as a stepping stone for those looking to transition intofront-end deal-related responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough research and be up to date on venture ecosystem, public markets, economic trends, and industry developments.

- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present findings to prepare firm IP.

- Strategise and execute the firm's PR and marketing initiatives

- Collaborate with different teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Maintain and update databases with relevant market and financial information.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Participate in training and development programs to build foundational skills in investment banking.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated interest in the venture ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications:

- Relevant internships or academic projects in finance or related fields.

- Familiarity with financial statements, financial markets and keen interest in learning and being up to date with the venture ecosystem
